I have always enjoyed travelling the world and recording unforgettable memories. I believe that travelling is the best form of treatment and a method to enrich one’s life. I always wanted to go on a trip with my friends, but we never got the time. As this was our final year in college, I planned to go on a trip with my friends to Pawna Lake. Pawna Lake is one of India’s most magnificent natural wonders, well known for its crystalline-colored water, which creates a breathtaking twilight picture. But the main problem was that neither of us had ever planned any trip. Unaware of any plans, we started asking our elders. Finally, my elder brother asked me to contact Thrillophilia. We wasted no more time and started packing our bags, and within no time we left for Pawn Lake on a Friday evening.
DAY-1
We enjoyed the evening to the fullest by participating in some fun DIY games and activities at the campsite. We also enjoyed BBQ Snacks. After a few hours, we went to the gorgeous Pawna Lake. In the Pune area, we never saw this gorgeous lake. Water’s captivating beauty is highlighted by its smooth calm surface and rainbow hues. It’s worth staying beside the pond for the beautiful mornings. Pawna Lake is the most popular destination because of its bluish emerald blue water, which exudes beauty and peace. There, we were also offered a fantastic supper while taking in the gorgeous evening with a campfire and music. It’s the ideal location for a dozen great shots, thanks to its crystal clear water. Fortunately, today is a bright day, and the diverse mountain topography can be seen properly reflected in the lake’s crystal pure water. At the Sahyadris, the lake is famous for its blue oasis. Forts such as Torna, Tung, Lohagad, and others can also be seen from the lake. The Pawna Dam transformed this reservoir into an artificial lake and is a famous tourist spot. It is a very old dam, and many hikers and trekkers have embarked on their trails for years. We all loved the nature and the surroundings there. I felt so calm and relaxed there. We wanted to spend some more time there, so we sat down doing nothing and staring at the sky and its stars. Later, back at the hotel, they provided a variety of buffets that were prepared by their highly trained chefs to make our day more enjoyable.
DAY-2
We got up early in the morning to catch a glimpse of the gorgeous dawn that surrounded us. The sky seemed magnificent with clouds as the sun rose, and the sky’s reflection can be seen in the lake’s waters. The lake’s broad surface allows for a more expansive view of the sky. During the day, you will be motivated by the sight. This place is ideal for thrill-seekers.. Back at our hotel, breakfast is served at 9 a.m., and we made preparations for the check-out.
Paragliding is one of the most well-known activities available there. Paragliding is accessible at moderate rates for both beginners and experienced pilots. The officials in charge of the paragliding activity supplied us with a pilot to assist all of us in controlling the glider so that we can feel safe and enjoy the exhilarating adventure. While gliding, I can see the scenery from a bird’s eye perspective and enjoy the excitement of flying across mountainous terrains. Even if a guest desires to partake in paragliding on their own, training programs are conducted for safety purposes; after completing the training program, the participant is free to glide over without fear. So amazing right!
