Border Road task force has confirmed the roads from Manali to Leh have been open for traffic.
BRO( Border road organisation) has completed the snow clearing operations from all the major passes which lie on Manali-Leh highway.
So if you are planning to visit Leh ladakh then probably this is the time as this year due to heavy snowfall you will be able to see huge snow-walls in Rohtang pass.
