Mittha:

Mittha is a sweet dish of Himachal Pradesh. It is prepared with sweetened rice mixed with generous helping of raisens and dry-fruits.

Babru

It can be called Himachali Kachori . These are stuffed with black gram or whole Urad dal. Dal is soaked overnight and then they make the paste before stuffing into Kachori and than deep fry them. It is generally eaten in breakfast.

Other Himachal food one can enjoy in local hotels and restaurants are hot Momos , vegetable noodles, Siddu , pizzas etc
